Against a backdrop of growing demand, Ecuador is assessing alternatives to expand available supply, including imported volumes of 60 to 100 MMscfd, supporting a more diversified, resilient and sustainable supply portfolio.

The technical concept outlined in the RFI is indicative and is intended to support the identification of value-adding alternatives. Participants may therefore propose innovative transfer, storage, transportation and regasification schemes, supported by a sound technical and commercial rationale, that can optimize natural gas supply.
