Con este concurso, la estatal petrolera cubrir\u00e1 la demanda del sector automotriz y de otros sectores de consumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En total son 11 cargamentos de 280.000 +\/- 2% cada uno, que llegar\u00e1n al pa\u00eds entre septiembre y noviembre de este a\u00f1o. Su importaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 regida bajo el marcador internacional Platts Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) de la Costa del Golfo de los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A este proceso se invitaron a 37 empresas calificadas en el Registro de Proveedores de la Gerencia de Comercio Internacional de EP Petroecuador. En la apertura de ofertas, cuatro empresas presentaron sus propuestas, entre las cuales estuvieron: Freepoint Commodities Llc., Petraco Oil Company Limited, Tartan Oil Llc., Trafigura Pte.
