PETRO-CCI-CTR-2021-0001-RSL<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>EL JEFE DE CONTRATOS DE LA EMPRESA P\u00daBLICA DE HIDROCARBUROS DEL ECUADOR EP PETROECUADOR <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>RESUELVE:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Art. 1.- Declarar terminado en forma unilateral y anticipada el Contrato de Arrendamiento LAB No. 2017146, suscrito entre la EP PETROECUADOR y el doctor Edison Fernando King Yerovi (a esa fecha propietario del inmueble ubicado en el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, calle Ladr\u00f3n de Guevara 1139 y Andaluc\u00eda, Parroquia La Floresta), mediante el cual se oblig\u00f3 con la EP PETROECUADOR a dar en arrendamiento un bien inmueble para bodegas de EP PETROECUADOR en la ciudad de Quito, por cuanto el contratista incurri\u00f3 en las causales previstas en los numerales 1 y 6 del art\u00edculo 94 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Sistema Nacional de Contrataci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y el numeral 13.2, literal f) de la cl\u00e1usula D\u00e9cimo Tercera del Contrato, de acuerdo al informe del Administrador del Contrato contenido en Memorando Nro. PETRO-SAD-SEA-2021-0509-M de 14 de mayo de 2021. Art. 2.- Declarar contratista incumplido al doctor Edison Fernando King Yerovi con Registro \u00danico de Contribuyentes No. 1709822355001, por haber incumplido las obligaciones estipuladas en el Contrato de Arrendamiento LAB No. 2017146.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"excerpt\">Quito, 25 de octubre de 2021 Resoluci\u00f3n Nro.
